      Privately Held Opportunity for Diverse Assignment Embrace risk taking Majority of Industry Presidents are talented leaders

      Politically biased and dramatic. Employee meetings have become more about politics, gun control, vaccinations, immigration, anti-religion than the company itself. Proving your alignment is becoming a condition of employment (the DEI is shallow). Experienced external hires often don't do well - outsider looking in Compensation often below market

      Decent work but horrible politics by upper management

      Good technologies, fun people(peers and individual contributors) and a cool campus!

      Cons

      Worst politics I have ever faced and upper management is secretly always in rift with each other. Compensation is sub-par and they make you work beyond your limits for peanuts. Growth and advancement here is a joke, you can only get that when you were newly hired or you come back as a rebound. Their HR (especially the top ones) are two-faced and they will stab you in the back when you least expect! be careful of them! They will make you believe their principles of leaving the woodpile higher when in reality they are the ones who are secretly collecting the wood pile you leave and burning it for their own fuel!

      Management is incredibly opaque and often doesn't trust or respect employees. Discussion at performance reviews doesn't always match compensation discussions, oftentimes hearing you're doing better than your compensation would suggest.
