Pros

Cafe food is good and your meal is never over $5. There is a basketball court and work out room for employee use. The people are nice.

Cons

You are chained to your desk all day taking back to back phone calls. They have a group of people called "work force" who creepily watch everything you do and say something to you every single time you are doing something other than staying available for a phone call. You have to request breaks and lunch but they have the right to deny you both if they need you to take another phone call. Micromanagement is an understatement!!!! No freedom there! They pride themselves on a "fun" atmosphere for their employees in your interview but really it's anything but fun. I stay stressed and unhappy and my commission checks are no where near what they should tell you the average agent should make.

Pros

Great benefits: casual dress, flat structure and fast-paced work environment. Flexibility in trying out new ideas and alot of collaboration. Daily exposure to senior management and feel like your work makes an impact. Really enjoy the people and their diverse backgrounds before coming to Red Ventures.

Cons

Work life balance is the one difficult piece. Everyone is motivated around you and makes you want to never turn off the email/communication.

Pros

Great coworkers (while they last), casual dress code, decent benefits

Cons

RV is only concerned about their bottom line now and habitually changes the structure of the pay plans for the salespersons in a way that the "uncapped" commissions are definitely capped. They also tend to fire top performers that make too much money for "QA" violations. Overall, it's a very stressful way to try to eek out a living. I am a survivor there and have made it almost three years now...not sure how much longer I can stand it though.
