Pros

Play hard/work hard mentality. Values initiative, drive, competitive spirit and a sense of fun! Excellent benefits, involved management, ongoing training and opportunity for growth. If you like change this is the company for you.

Cons

If you are not flexible and open to change this will not be a good fit. Some people have trouble bringing their A game everyday - and that is not acceptable here.

Pros

Casual dress code and the cafe. Thats it!

Cons

Pretty much their entire business model. This isnt a business, its a popularity contest and there is NO opportunity there for advancement. Even if you are one of the chosen few to get promoted it will most likely be a HUGE paycut. Thats right, to get promoted costs you money! The turnover rate there is amazingly high and even as one of the top salesmen in company history you cannot make good money because every month the managers meet about how they can cut your commission! It boggles my mind that they have grown to what they have but I guess screwing over all of your employees will get you there. Plus they can fire you at any moment for whatever reason. I left because I couldnt take any more of there BS and even as one of the highest payed agents in the whole center, the pay wasnt enough to justify the mental stress and anguish they put you through. Out of 13 agents I trained with only 2 remain employed there and both are very unhappy. What red ventures does is take advantage of the economy and they target people straight from college so they can pry on kids that never worked in the real world so they wont realize how bad they are getting taken advantage of. Plus they make it seem cool by permitting a dress code that has few restrictions. To anyone reading this review please think of this. Lets face it nobody likes there job but red ventures takes it to another level. When you and many other coworkers are forced to take medication for the stress and mind games they play, then you know something is seriously wrong. It is by far the worst company I have ever worked for and I have no other reason to write this review other than to warn people before they make a very bad decision. For those that dont listen to my review and the many other similar reviews and accept a job there (btw they hire everyone so dont feel too special) you will most likely think this is the best company to work for as i thought for a while, but after 3-6 months you will then realize what I was trying to tell you!
