Pros

Okay pay with alright benefits. The package is decent. Medical insurance was good.

Cons

Employees are extremely competitive with a culture of taking credit for other people's work, pushing others down to get ahead, and ego chasing. HR does not care about employees and employment contracts are extremely anti-employee with abnormal policies. LOTS of meetings. 10-20 hours of meetings every week, minimum. They're clearly uncomfortable with remote work and have no idea how to adapt.

Pros

Informal dress code is a plus. Very cool corporate campus. Large number of experienced poeple on the sales floor who want to work work, be treated fairly and enjoy their place of employment.

Cons

Turn over is high---less than 90 days at RV is common. There are many top notch people coming in the front door just as there are an equal number of talented, mistreated, disillusioned people bailing out the back door. Revolving door culture results in distrustful staff, anxious salespeople, burned out folks. 2 weeks into the job and most people are planning their exit. I guess it is the nature of a call center job to experience these issues, but if RV is projecting an image of a progressive, employee focused company then why hasn't management put an end to their model of a white collar sweat shop? Too much money being earned by owners I suppose. If it ain't broke owners have no reason to fix it.
