      Worst place I ever worked.

      Pros

      Benefits are free if single. Cool building. Free coffee.

      Cons

      This is a very sophisticated sweat shop. Lots of PR money spent to burnish public image, while internally the level of dissatisfaction, mistrust and turnover is astounding. Executive level is remarkably disconnected from sales force. The cult of Red Ventures brainwashes a few people, while chewing up and spitting out 90% of all employees. Average length of employment is <90 days. Don't get too comfortable here. You won't be around very long.

      Pros

      - Bigger company size comes with some of the perks, such as annual company meetings with swag - Reduced cost lunches - Good work/life balance on some teams

      Cons

      - Low pay compared to industry standards - Micro-management due to constant shift of company priorities - Immature teams from lack of experience and consistent turnover - HR ignores you after leaving, which is highly illegal and first time I've experienced this in my career

      Good benefits, appearance of fun culture, some admirable company charity/community work

      Cons

      RV buys websites and companies largely to turn them into affiliate clickbait sites that I would not recommend for my friends or family as sources of truth or true product reviews. Money talks here above all else.
