Pros

Fun, fast paced atmosphere where ideas are shared at every level. Diverse workforce that pulls from the best and brightest from many different industries. New building is unlike anything found in the Charlotte area (LEED certified, open, airy, basketball court, workout facility, dining area/restaurant). The setup and environment is Google-esque. Decisions are made based on verifiable data and can be changed rapidly with no red tape or politics. The growth potential is phenomenal as this is the 3rd building in 5 years. The systems and algorithms are proprietary, cutting edge, and solicited by many of the top fortune 500 companies (specifically in the tech sector). Results are rewarded in every position regardless of hierarchy, seniority, or demographics.

Cons

The pace and change impact may be too much for professionals who are not entrepreneurial or self motivated. It is incumbent upon the individual to seek out and work on projects that will help the overall organization move forward. No one is going to give you a list of projects to carry out. I believe this is a pro for individuals who are self starters.

Pros

Red Ventures offers so many opportunities for individuals to grow and advance in the company. Besides advancement opportunities, they provide a fun work environment that encourages collaboration with co-workers. If you like working with outgoing passionate people, Red Ventures is the place for you.

Cons

Red Ventures expects you to challenge assumptions, adapt to change and give 110% all the time. If you only want to put in minimum effort, you won't be a good fit. People working at Red Ventures take their position seriously and see it as a career instead of a job.

Pros

-steady pay check -commissions decent -extra incentives for overtime hours

Cons

-unstable environment -multiple managers in a few months -grown adults have to ask the people who control the call volume if they are "allowed" or "permitted" to use the bathroom -no flexible schedule changes even if a request is put in many months prior(had to work every weekend) holy obligation days were disregarded -chained to your headset because of the lack of available agents because they fire people right and left where current staff forced to work overtime hours, no choice -numbers were affected by unconvertable leads -you are just another number, agent, and statistic---not an individual!
