Pros

the pay is terrific, gives is the opportunity to make as much money as we like, and it fits perfect with my family time and personal life schedule

Cons

need a higher base pay, and may need a little more break time when taking more than a substantial amount of calls

Pros

The pay is great! The place is clean! The people here are even better! Great contest always going for sales agents.

Cons

Not enough break time for the phone agents. 2 ten minute breaks are not enough . 2 fifteen min breaks would go a long way in not feeling burnt out.

Pros

Great work environment - lots of fun people; managers are awesome, benefits are the best I've had. Casual dress code. Agents are rewarded for performing well. I have been here for 2 years and have seen upper management take many steps to improve communication, make changes based on agent needs and desires and make the overall work atmosphere less separtist that it has been in the past. There are some really brilliant minds here - both in management and on the sales floor. I love the fast-paced environment and constant change - it keeps me engaged and challenged and I have been very successful due to a positive attitude toward change and embracing every new challenge thrown my way.

Cons

Difficult to move up to corporate position - once a position is offered, pay scale is much lower - so no real motivation to move to a corporate position for less pay lots of agents do it just to get off the phones. Sales floor can be a pressure cooker - there are hourly, daily, weekly and monthly goals to meet so if you cannot handle the pressure, not a good place for you. As an agent, it can be difficult to get time off on short notice. I have not personally had this problem, but I have been here 2 years so I have senority. The only thing I really dislike is being given infractions for going a minute or 2 over break or lunchtime - I understand that there are folks here who need to be micro-managed because they take advantage, but would like to see a system in place where those agents who are punctual and take their time management seriously are rewarded. We used to have a perfect attendance bonus in place quarterly - would like to see that back in place. I have been here 2 years and missed one day of work due to illness.
