Time management systems are easy to use, there is no micro management.

Cons

Little to say in the way of cons. Consulting is very different from regular employment, and this company does it well.

Pros

Sr. Management shows they care about you and your career. They always presented me with challenging and fun projects. I really enjoy working with everyone and there's a true "team" attitude.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is they don't pay for bench time, but I never had any bench time. They are that well managed.
