      Tremendous consulting firm, engagements and people

      Pros

      Intelligent leadership with pulse on client needs and the visibility to execute solutions. Client list is diversified and growing with intriguing engagements. These are good hearted people. I’ve met many in the firm (main office and consultants on-site) and all have been honest, upfront and truly heartfelt individuals. Community Give-Backs are highly supported too.

      Pros

      Management is actively involved in the development of their consultants. They put me in touch with other resources in the company when I had a blocking issue on a client project I was managing. I got a new laptop which was refreshing compared to other consulting agencies. PTO and insurance is good. Their recruiters are friendly and responsive - huge plus. Nice sign-on swag.

      Cons

      They were tough to negotiate salary with. Push hard to get the pay you deserve. PTO - yes I know I said it was good in the Pros section - could be improved compared to a competitor agency's offering. Insurance - yes, good, but - spouse and dependent cost was higher than other agencies.
