They are willing to pay you for overtime and occasionally throw a party for the staff

Cons

They pay so little in all roles aside from upper management IE lead engineer you would be better off working at McDonald's even with the mandatory OT they force on you. This point is about all positions not just mine. All technician roles entry level-data center tech 3 are underpaid by at minimum 10$ an hour. Those were people i oversaw and felt aweful for.

- Leadership is lost. Will lay people off on a whim. - The company is filled with mostly older white men who are out of touch. - Building upon the last point, not much diversity. - Loyalty is not rewarded.

Pros

The Redapt Cloud team is an excellent team to work with. Work-life balance is generally well respected on the Cloud engineering team. Expectations are clearly set and the team was supportive of its members during my tenure. The company always paid accurately and promptly.

Cons

Internal engineering projects can occasionally become hectic when clients overwhelm the internal systems, but the company compensates fairly for these occasional surges.
