Poor sales leadership. Constant firings make it hard for continuity. Lack of transparency with decision-making.

Pros

This is a company that wants it's employees to be entrepreneurial, solution driven, and innovative. Employees that have these traits can go far in this company; many of it's employees started in the warehouse and have worked their way up to the top throughout the organization. Opportunity is available if you decide to reach for it. The company is growing and management wants it to be successful. This company has a really nice work life balance, good benefits, and a comfortable/casual work environment where jeans are the norm.

Cons

The company has been steadily growing the last few years and is outgrowing it's current office space, a couple of offices have too many employees in them. I know executive management is aware of this and is working to make changes. No company match for 401-k. Would like more vacation time. I don't have anything noteworthy to complain about, it is a good company with great people.
