Can be a good place to work

Pros

For starters the flexability, they give you the product and give you a deadline. If you want to do all your work in one day or over several days its fine by them. Bennies are good, payed by the hour and mile.

Cons

Better quality machines especially since customers don't seem to realize what the arrow is for on the case. Upper level management should listen to their employees.

Pros

Good Benefits, flexible schedule and limited interaction with area manager.

Cons

Poor leadership and communication along with no growth potential unless willing to relocate to a different state. Very unproffessional and discourteus area Regional Operations Supervisor that exibits poor communication, leadership and professional skills.
