Pros

- Great in office culture [Redbrick] - Continuous and regular processes improve [Shift] - Fast moving [Shift] - Good company values and goal oriented [Shift & Redbrick] - Not much pressure or crunch time (developer level) [Shift]

Cons

- Floating desks - Quick on interview process (not much time to consider options) - Agile but no concrete sprints - Just did a good amount of hiring might be hard to move up in the company
