Great company and exciting growth over the last few years. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued, and expected. It's the perfect place to expand one's skill set and make an impact, with other fun and motivated people.

Cons

There is always room for more communication and snacks.

Pros

Opens a ton of doors within the tech industry. The work is challenging and the team is extremely hungry and excited. I was granted the ability to grow into a number of different roles which has rapidly accelerated my career.

Cons

Hectic, and work sometimes comes home with you, as is the nature with most tech jobs.
