Local teams and co-workers are great to work alongside and its a running joke amongst them how terrible the company and leadership is.

Cons

Micro-management, egotistical, un-ethical and many poor practices by leadership, HR non-existent, hostile work environments, threats of discipline and retaliation practices against anyone who questions leadership decisions. High turnover, low pay, and poor benefits. Participating in monopolistic business practices buying up all competition in markets. Coaching employees in meetings about not using the term monopoly and how to handle when it is brought up.

To make it long term here, you have to be part of the inner circle. Without the protection of the site managers, it doesn't matter how hard you work, they will toss you out just because you didn't laugh at their joke.
