To begin with, turnover is through the roof and they don't know how to stem the tidal wave of resignations. They promote people to supervisory roles not because they know how to manage, but due to politics and production numbers. Leadership is hollow, they're bullies, and don't give two cents about company morale, but they'll talk about change and continuous improvement. I've worked at several plants and there ain't no way they've made any improvements over the past 5 years. Benefits are expensive and sub-par, 401k match is minimal, they don't provide vacation based on experience, you get 10 days/year, and only 8 paid holidays. HR team is also a royal mess. Company is getting ready to sell to a private equity firm, so leaders are trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Poor management, no parts, everything is Jerry rigged, many have no idea what they are doing.
