- They are trying to be more modern, but the pace is is slow. -Employees do care about eachother and are relatively friendly. -Compensation seems to be aligned with the market in all departments such as IT, Ops, Sales, and finance. -Some investment in employees, but no room for growth due to the small teams. -International Expansion Opps

-Since Deb left, the company has gone through an odd transformation. The new CEO is running off of the former CEOs success. Leaderships in Sales have jumped ship because of his strategy. -Leadership is leaving via forced and unforced departure. -Leadership is extremely backstabbing and out of sync/touch with employees. They pushed out an employee health check this year, but none of the points brought up have been addressed. -As mentioned, no room for growth in the company. -The culture since the leadership left has been lackluster. We are a culture of "I got you", meaning management is always looking to catch employees in a jam. Its something they look for. -In sales, they arent even backfilling the CCO role and instead have an interim SVP. Word is he was officially turned down for the full time role. -Operations doesnt have a COO, but instead an SVP who is also out of touch with employees and instead pushes the RVPs to address issues, etc. -Benefits are terrible here. -Being PE owned, everything is bottom dollar. -For Sales and Ops, no work life balance, ESPECIALLY in summer or holidays.
