Pros

Lots of training and literally no cost to be in real estate, as they pay for everything, including CE courses, memberships, etc. Easy to build a customer base as they provide lots of leads.

Cons

Major micro management. Management does not listen to their employees at all and the pay structure has changed, netting the agent around $1000 for every $11-12K the company makes. To go up in pay requires an amount of sales that is almost impossible in some lower dollar markets, leaving the agents struggling to pay their bills. The amount of hours required to work for such a small amount of pay is astronomical; sometimes working upwards of 70+ hours a week in order to keep management happy.
