Pros

I have an employee for many many years and this company thrives to be on the cutting-edge of technology. That is one of main reasons I have stayed with this company for so long; I learn something new all the time! The engineers are super smart and caring. Although the engineering team has grown 5x since I started, there is still a start-up feel to the company. There is still a sense of coherency between the two engineering offices (Seattle and San Francisco). Redfin is a fantastic place to work not just for the pay or perks, but for career development and work-life balance.

Cons

Not pet-friendly because of the property management, not because of the company (in Seattle and SF).

We're new to the company, having just started in Vancouver and Toronto. With the thrill of a start-up comes the occasional glitch.
