Learning, responsibility, work-flexibility, job security, family culture and respect.

Cons

Average pay scales. Perks are a bit OK for bachelors but not really for families. Little difficult to get annual leaves. Basically a very cost conscious company.

Limited career development for the locals, only Indians will get promotions, no EPPS for foreigners because of low pay, poor pay for locals, no motivation hence high turn-over for locals
