"Woke"

Pros

None. They are a woke based company that had a strong start and much potential, but sold out post pandemic to the BLM and "HGTV" leftist agenda.

Cons

ESG ce tric, sent out a BLM email after destructive riots and added pronouns to their platform. Increasingly hired/promoted based on anti white/male practices and put pronouns and "HGTV" issues at the forefront internally over promoting based on strong work ethic and proven results. Bought out by Orion which additionally went over ESG topics as a priority over user base in internal meetings.

They treat customer service reps like children. No pros.

Cons

No help in handling abusive customers and penalize you for taking a moment to breathe between horrible calls.
