Training is good. Work is steady. Good work life balance.

Cons

No one you can trust every thing is run back to management. Very clicky. If you play the game then room for growth. Growth is not based on knowledge but on popularity.. Lots of turnover the RCU magic disappears quickly when it is for customers not employees

Good benefits and competitive pay compared to the majority of similar positions in Sonoma County. On site cafe Very friendly, supporting, and welcoming leadership.

Cons

Very Compliance driven. You're behind a dektop on the phone all day interacting with people. There is never a slow day in this environment. In order to request days off, you must have enough sick-paid hours to cover that shift. (you receive a certain amount of sick day hours bi-weekly). So, if you don't have sufficient sick hours to cover that shift, you're requested day off will be denied. You're on rotating shifts. So, some days you'll start anywhere from 7-9:30 AM, Plus you are required to work every other Saturday.
