Pros

Redwood Credit Union puts the needs of the member base first. There is a definite quality over quantity approach of member services.

Cons

I'm a new hire and everyone I have interreacted with is very professional. Redwood Credit Union does have a thorough check of new employees and this makes for a fantastic working environment. The lack of seeing the campus fully open to pre-COVID is a downside.
