Pros

Great health insurance if you aren't married or have any dependents, community involvement, discounts on loans

Cons

Upper management will hire people with no experience and ask you to train them instead of promoting top performers, bonuses are very low, health insurance for a family is expensive, culture is cult like, too much turnover from a place that is voted "Best to work"

Pros

Dedicated, passionate colleagues. Discounted auto/mortgage/consumer loans. Some learning opportunities for people new to the workforce.

Cons

Impossible expectations with little structure or strategies in place to help employees succeed. Inexperienced middle and senior management. Poor time management and excessive meeting structures. Incredibly dated systems and processes which create an abundance of unnecessary busy work. Corporate culture is cult-like and incredibly oppressive for anyone who doesn't buy-in to the Stepford based ideals. Many projects are outsourced at exorbitant rates due to the inability to manage projects in-house. The concept of proper project scoping does not exist at RCU, and unfortunately results in high burnout rates as employees are constantly striving to meet impossible, never ending deadlines.
