Great to members, pretends to be great to employees

Pros

You can get discounts on loans, but if you leave the company they go back to their original price. There’s a big emphasis on community and team building.

Cons

Functions a lot like a cult. Don’t work here if you have religious trauma. You’ll rarely get two consecutive days off and management was always overworked and cranky. No benefits available to part time employees.

The culture is a joke. Nobody knows what they are doing. From the recruiting to the hiring, it is very unprofessional. I couldn’t wait to leave.
