Work from home makes life easier so that you can avoid in person interactions with misogynists

Cons

Good ole boys club, blaring music, HR refuses to address complaints regarding misogyny and other bigotry and helps to cover them up, ridiculous and rapid IT leadership turnover, no recognition for hard work, extremely long and demanding hours with no compensation as well as no respect for your personal time, piling on of additional responsibilities with no compensation

The senior leadership (VP level and higher) are all very knowledgeable and experienced. Growing in the technology space of the industry. Diverse workforce.

Cons

Mess with compensation. Managers fail to be transparent with leadership regarding their team members accomplishments and successes. The feedback from management on areas of improvement heavily outweighs celebrating wins and success.
