Good environment, nice group of people, relaxed.

Cons

Discount with management. Higher ups with 10+ years of experience expect those with less than that to be on the same level as them. There isnt a clear or simple training system, which doesn’t t help newcomers learn.

Cons

Poor Management and onboarding. Promised a great office culture, when in actuality it's very "frat-like" and outdated - Company is definitely not with the times. I am one of 6 that have left in the time span of 3 months. I was stuck to my 3 monitors from 7-4, very hard to take a break due to work load.
