      Pros

      Pays the bills - just The other non-management staff are great people.

      Cons

      Management is a boys club. Local Manager rarely comes to work. Management hypocritical regarding R10 standards and CPR. Even though public company 90% of profits shared by 3 Wilson family members. No management recognition of good staff. Staff bonuses fully eroded by managers' take. My managers showed little if any respect for staff. Reviews and pay rises are a farce.

      Pros

      You can take your career where you want with full training and support supplied by Reece. Family oriented and great incentives.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any cons as it really is a great place to work. If anything the hours can be a little long as you climb the ladder.
