      Can't trust the middle management

      - They use modern technology - There are some really great people working there

      Cons

      - They lack any sense of loyalty to their employees - It's less what you know than whom you know that will allow you to progress in the company - There are a few particularly corrupt and disloyal middle management people who make many employees' lives miserable - Very weak HR department

      Big corporate ladder culture, it would take years for you to climb up Red tape: Decisions need to be signed off by too many parties
