Great place to work! Supervisors are very competent.

Cons

The workplace can begin to feel a bit small as it is a small liberal arts college, but overall very pleasant.

It's a fun student culture to be around. Generally supported as an employee. Access to gym and pool. The president is accessible and generally amicable!

Cons

Training could have been more extensive. Can always work on diversity. Can't check out equipment.. Always a lot of work to do! 10+ hour days sometimes.
