great boss, salary increases reasonable, lots of autonomy, fun dog with fantastic snapchat skills. Brunch is AMAZING.

Cons

not much advancement possible; it's a student job. The people are lots of fun, but it can also be pretty slow sometimes.

Student employees in many departments have a good deal of independence, the pay is good, I've heard mostly positive things about every staff or faculty member that supervises student employees, and the payroll department is particularly on top of their stuff.

Cons

Student employment opportunities can be scarce.
