I love the benefits package, my colleagues are great people, the campus is lovely, it is a very short commute from my home.

Cons

The salaries are low, but mostly balanced out by the other great things about working here. This is mostly a wonderful place to work.

Cons

It can be pretty boring. But again, it's pretty good for what you are paid, at least in the economics department.
