      Pros

      This studio really takes pride in it's work and the people produce a great end product. From the top down, Reel FX is a good company to work for.

      Lots of room for growth and it's growing!

      Pros

      It's in Texas. It's growing. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. The company is small enough to jump in and make big moves in a short amount of time. They are starting to make their own feature films now instead of just work for hire.

      Cons

      If you aren't from another big company, chances are you will get a much lower pay than your co-workers. It's still a very young company and the majority of the crew are juniors with the occasion senior. They need more senior level personal in every department.
