Pros

Good health benefits at a fair price. Work hours were long on average. I was surrounded by good, creative people in a super fun work environment.

Cons

Time off accrual rate was poor. Too low and took forever to get a decent amount of time off.

Pros

The artists were wonderful. A great place to start off in the industry, for sure.

Cons

Things got a bit stagnant after a while. There wasn't enough work to grow around, the pay didn't reflect how long you'd been there (my last year there was a "temporary hold" on raises across the board), upper management didn't run things very well (very soon after I started, they made my department come in on Saturdays to get a "head start" on things, despite the fact that we had no work to do yet, so I came in on Saturdays and did tutorials. And in Texas, there's no overtime pay)
