Pros
The company is alright, but their expectations from their management team is unrealistic.
Cons
The solution to most of the issues with Refuel is more hours from managers. Less payroll hours? The manager can work more to cover it. Stay later, work more days, and don’t complain. I was told, “Most of our managers choose to work these hours” That’s not true. They simply have to spend 12-14 hours in their stores (often without employees) just to cover the store. I was shamed for mentioning work/life balance. It’s routine for management to work without time off.
