The managers you work with will make or break the experience. Many of the most amazing motivating managers left the company and now have to deal with sub par management who is miserable they stayed there that long and can’t find other options. Low pay, bad management, horrible business model. Clearly regal has a problem with harassment and bullying if you look at the countless reviews on here and the HR department will just fire you instead of truly investigating the issue causing some of the best talent to leave.
