Pros

Company offers yearly raises, Great benefits, above average pay rate, equal opportunity to all employees, They also have a on site chaplain that comes around and offers there assistance if needed or just a prayer even a talk.

Cons

Some leads and management can be hard to get along with but overall every company has its flaws and regardless of them they shouldn't be judged by that but by the other pro's.

Pros

You work between 40 and 60 hours a week depending where in the company you work at. Monday-Friday work, some Saturday work with notice. Learning experience for yacht building. Lean certification. Will never work less than 40 hours unless due to a shutdown.

Cons

Do not hire directly, they make you apply through a temp agency and make you wait 6 months to a year depending on your record card to make you a permanent employee with benefits. They close for two to three weeks twice through the year, once in the summer and then again toward the end of December. If you are not a permanent employee through Regal, that's Not PTO.
