There were some amazing people to work with at Regency, their corporate structure and training consistency were wonderful. They ensure their corporate and upper management facility staff have the most up to date information possible.

Cons

So many meetings! Daily conference calls or multiple meetings per week with corporate staff and consultants are overbearing and micromanaging.
