Pros

It's a big company to work for. The ones who are CNA, CMA & LVN's on the floor, are the ones who put in a lot of work for the care.

Cons

Expectations to care for the residents where theres only two CNA's for 40 residents at a given shift. Managers don't back you up as one should.

Pros

None really. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Overworked and under appreciated. Expected to work 60+ hours routinely and that still wasn’t enough time for all the paperwork and to properly care for your patients.

Pros

Scheduling is pretty flexible. Can’t think of much pros since the company changed from powerback to regency

Cons

Politics can affect your work. The management doesn’t back up its employees
