Weekday nurses are awesome and better environment during the week

Cons

Weekend nurses are hateful, loud, and often power trip and try to boss people they have no authority to. They lack in compassion and ethics. They do not listen to CNAs and are negligent.

Overworked and under appreciated. Expected to work 60+ hours routinely and that still wasn’t enough time for all the paperwork and to properly care for your patients.
