Pros
The IT department is one of the best I have ever worked in, it was headed by a CIO who got it. He fostered a TEAM/FAMILY atmosphere. Training was encouraged and paid for. Captia and other certs were also paid for.
Cons
The executive team decided they wanted to UNDO alot of what the CIO was doing and that was working, so after serving for over 7 years, the fired him and brought in a "CORPORATE" guy who initially said there would be NO changes, then 6 mos to a year they did away with the FST position, changed everyone's job code, removed the benefits of overtime, which was part of the FST job. I lost more than 1/2 of my salary and it is really hurting.
