      resident interaction, co-workers, not much else

      Cons

      constant changes in management, when understaffed , which us everyday, employment agency aid are brought in which results in very little to no consistency in care, pay is so-so at best, there is a lot of that's not my job issues.

      really lovely residents and some caring staff that really care about doing their jobs well and improving quality of life as well as work environment for staff and residents

      Cons

      terrible upper management with poor communication between various departments and a consistent lack of good caregivers on the floor thus overworking any available floor staff and causing resident quality of care to suffer

      There are some really great employers, and the woman in charge was fantastic. There were plenty of advancement opportunities within the company.
