Schedules were flexible, especially with WSU students. The facility is very well-kept, and residents understand positions and job duties.

The administration is very hard to work with and there is a huge disconnect between the caregiving staff(Med Techs included) and the administration. Since leaving I have heard it has improved

Poorly equipped for caregivers to give safe and proper care even on top of safe body mechanics, especially with hospice residents, sustained frequent back injuries and pulled muscles due to lack of staff support, complaints were not listened to
