I have worked for Regency for approximately one year. I have found it to be an excellent company to work for. Upper management listens to any concerns and responds to the best of their ability. The pay scale and benefits are in line with industry averages. I would recommend working for Regency to anyone.

Cons

I cannot think of any "cons". If you do your job and show compassion for the patients, you will enjoy working for Regency.
