Pros

Amazing patients, good floor teamwork, decent and manageable workload. The residents are truly the best part, so fun to work with and help.

Cons

Management (especially DNS) is lazy, rude, do anything they can to avoid actual interaction with residents. HR is inexperienced and unhelpful. If you aren’t friends with the management, you’re screwed. They don’t want to educate, they want you to do as you’re told. Expect to be told to write up as many people as possible.

Pros

Excellent performance on state inspections, management is overall on your side for anything important

Cons

Finding coverage if you need to call in sick is difficult and sometimes can't be found, management intervenes if a serious safety issue presents itself but for more minor issues a minority of nursing staff shoulders the majority of minor but time-consuming tasks

None absolutely nothing good comes from this facility

Cons

Poorly run , grossly underpaid, the managements will straight scream and yell at you in front of all the staff , it’s so unprofessional, someone recently quit on the spot for the administrator yelling at them, and I’m not being dramatic , when they yell they YELL. Your constantly getting negative comments and complaints from the front HR people, we go above and beyond for our residents and Not even a thank you?
