great charge nurses,and some very nice residents

Cons

too much bullying from management and some coworkers,no employee representative and no followup from management on problems in the facility, some employees take too many smoke breaks and no concern for resident safety and thievery going on

Pros

Residents and some employees minus management.

Cons

Management will cut hours as she sees fit if you said something to her that she does not like. Everyone wants to be the chief. Turn over rate is high in upper management as there is always someone out to get you when you cannot be controlled. I kept my mouth shut, did my hours and left.

Residents and other ground level building staff are amazing!

Cons

No concern for resident safety, no support from Corporate level staff, PRIMARY concern is the dollar when it should be hands down the residents care.
