Ratios are usually anywhere from 1:8 to 1:12 on days/evenings which is better than a lot of LTC facilities. Facility is relatively clean. Designated shower aides

Cons

Has the same problems as pretty much any LTC facility, lots of call outs/short staffed. Oftentimes hard to find help for 2-person assists
