Poor work environment and communication

Pros

A good group dedicated employees.

Cons

Poor communication and a dreary work environment. Mid management plays favorites and a few employees are allowed to belittle co-workers and intimidate their subordinates. Upper management just removed vacation accrual on OT hours.

Pros

CEO is one of a kind. He cares, supports and is engaged with his team. Benefits are good and overall working environment is positive.

Cons

Regional teams are responsible for communities located in 5 states so communication and accountability is sometimes lost in translation.

Very Happy with my Job

Pros

The upper management really does care about the well being of the residents and the employees. I have worked for other health care companies and nothing has compared to Regency. No company in the world is perfect, but I do see them trying.

Cons

Retirement. I heard that they are looking into a retirement plan, but it is so important to get that soon.
