Pros

Opportunity to make friends, good food,fairly good teamwork. Friendly residents. Opportunity for over time if wanted. Perks for working a double shift.

Cons

Different and negative treatment after getting hurt on the job. Not flexible even for family emergencies. Some things about staff was not kept confidential by supervisors.

Awesome long term staff, wonderful location, great pay and of course the lovely residents. Getting to know the residents and really listening to their stories is so fun.

Cons

The AP Department is a disaster area. Vendors are up in arms and rightly so. Some vendors haven't been paid for 5 or more month.
