      Pros

      Awesome long term staff, wonderful location, great pay and of course the lovely residents. Getting to know the residents and really listening to their stories is so fun.

      Cons

      The AP Department is a disaster area. Vendors are up in arms and rightly so. Some vendors haven't been paid for 5 or more month.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the employees and the residents. I found the management to be flexible and helpful with scheduling. While I was attending Carrington College I was able to work on call as is fit into my schedule. This company cares about the residents and the employees.

      Cons

      Working as a CNA is hard and physical work.
